When can you return to work after breast augmentation surgery?
Here is a question from the breast.com.au forum:
Im a hairdresser and I’m booked in for a breast augumentation for January. I was just wondering what the recovery time would be for work. My surgeon has said 2 weeks. How would I go shampooing clients etc? Thank you in advance
And my reply was:
Hi,
I think 2 weeks is a pretty safe bet in terms of returning to hairdressing. Different people respond to surgery differently and experience discomfort differently, but I find most patients are back to moving their arms around freely by 2 weeks.
